About the role
An engineering and systems-integration firm specializing in substation automation, protection and control, PLC and RTU systems, HMI and SCADA, and OT cybersecurity for utilities and critical infrastructure is hiring a Senior Application Engineer to lead complex power-automation projects from concept through commissioning.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end control system engineering, from requirements to implementation
- Develop PLC applications on Siemens, Rockwell, or equivalent platforms
- Produce complete design packages including schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials
- Configure and integrate HMI and SCADA, and support testing and site commissioning
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, power systems a plus
- Control-systems experience in utility, substation, or industrial automation
- Working knowledge of industrial protocols such as MODBUS, DNP3, and IEC 61850
